One day, while in Dhyāna, I was distinctly advised:
“The flaw of sensuality can be got rid of by self-surrender.”
This was a clear pronouncement heard at the completion of Dhyāna.
But is self-surrender that easy?
Till this day I have not succeeded in doing that, and to that extent my journey to
‘Shūlpāneshwar’
has still a considerable distance to cover.
Not that the sensuous, impulsive instinct inherent in us since eons is the
only impediment on our way to spirituality.
Any thought or deed related to senses which holds a grip on the mind
can prove a great hindrance on this path.
